No!

We are an old-school company, with all our products being made in advance for us. We receive, inspect, store, package and dispatch all DACHS products from our location in Potsdam, Germany. It makes our costs higher, but ensures you get a quality product that you know you can trust.

The exception is our Casual Wear collection, which are "Print on Demand" items, made to order by a German t-shirt printing company partner. We did the designs and process the orders, they print them onto the desired size and colour, then ship the items directly to you.

We work with manufacturers to use premium materials and optimise designs, to balance lightweight design with long-lasting resilience, and provide products that meet the demands of the road-cycling community.

Currently, no...

Sadly, as a start-up we order much smaller quantities than established companies. The cost of production for these order quantities is too high for German manufacturers.

However, we are actively working towards bringing production closer to home in the future, as we grow and order larger quantities.

No! Our products are optimised for road-cycling, because we love road-cycling. However, being small, lightweight and robust, they are also great for all types of cycling, including gravel, touring, commuting, MTB and eBikes. Many of our accessories and apparel pieces are versatile, enhancing your riding experience no matter what type of cycling you enjoy.

Yes! We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any issues due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Yes! You can return any DACHS product for a full refund within two weeks of receiving it. Simply initiate a return via customer portal, then send it back to us and we’ll process your refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes! At the moment, we primarily sell within Germany, but we can ship within the EU for a fixed fee, or outside the EU on request (shipping fees will need to be calculated.)

If you’re interested in ordering from outside the EU, please contact us, and we’ll get a tailored quote to you.

The DACHS newsletter is a monthly email we send out (in either English or German). It contains teasers about upcoming products, exclusive offers and news about what's going behind the scenes, including ideas we are developing, teams and clubs we are supporting, plus events and shows we are attending.

We have a small team of passionate road-cycling enthusiasts from around the world who write our blog articles, each writing one per month. The content is then translated, formatted, and uploaded by our team with a new article every Thursday.
