DACHS Mini Electric Bike Pump is the ideal companion for all bike enthusiasts. The product that started the brand… As a keen cyclist and an engineer who specialised in fluid-mechanics, it is no surprise that I have a fascination with pumps. I had had an electric pump at home for pre-ride pump-ups for years and could never understand why a smaller unit wasn’t available. When we decided to start a cycling brand, it was first on the list.

We actually started designing a bigger unit with a screen. But after initial feedback of the first prototype, we discovered that size was the top priority for a pump to take on a ride. As such, we stripped back the electronics, to make it simple and reliable, then housed it in a hard-wearing aluminium case. The rest is history.
